For Mercan Greece, a member of the international Mercan Group, we designed and developed a corporate website that clearly communicates both the Group’s international background and its activity in the Greek market across real estate and hospitality.
The information architecture was structured around the company’s core pillars: the profile and history of the Group, Mercan Greece’s local activity, the project development process, and its investment portfolio. On the homepage, the methodology is presented through four clear stages — Defining, Planning, Project Implementation & Management, and Project Delivery — helping visitors understand not only what the company develops, but also how it approaches each project.
Particular emphasis was placed on the presentation of Keranis Residences and Wyndham Corfu Acharavi, two developments with distinct characteristics and positioning.
The result is a clean, investment-focused digital environment that connects Mercan’s corporate profile with its projects and helps different audiences — investors, partners and prospective buyers — move seamlessly from company information to specific developments. The investment dimension is further strengthened through content related to the Greek Golden Visa Programme, particularly in connection with Keranis Residences.
