The transition from COSMOTE eValue to Telekom eValue marked more than a change of name. It introduced a new brand framework that had to be translated consistently across every digital touchpoint.
White Space supported the rollout of the new identity across the Greek market, adapting the central Telekom brand guidelines to the local digital ecosystem while ensuring full alignment with the wider brand direction.
A key part of the project was the website transformation. The existing digital presence had to evolve in order to fully reflect the new Telekom eValue identity, ensuring consistency in visual language, content, messaging and overall user experience. The website was therefore adapted and updated to serve the new brand, becoming an integral part of the rebranding rather than simply a renamed digital property.
The wider project brought together brand adaptation, content, digital communication and technical implementation across social media channels, corporate content and multiple communication assets.
We also planned and coordinated the transition of the brand’s digital presence, including social profiles and handles, URLs, redirects and platform migrations, with a strong focus on maintaining brand continuity, consistency and audience equity throughout the change.
The new identity was extended across newsletters and digital communication materials, creating a coherent brand experience across different formats and audiences.
A central part of the project was the continuous coordination with teams across the Telekom Group, ensuring that local implementation remained aligned with the broader brand ecosystem and that every touchpoint moved in the same direction.
The result was a seamless and coordinated digital transition — bringing brand, content, website, platforms and technology together under one unified identity.
One brand. One direction. A new chapter.
